Orders
1. All our prices are Nett and in SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD).

Shipping
1. Currently, shipping apply to Singapore only. For overseas customers, kindly contact us for overseas charges and we will not accept liability for customs and taxes imposed by country outside Singapore.
2. All orders placed are delivered via SingPost Registered Mail at a FLAT RATE of SGD2.25. Babysmartish will bear the other local postage cost.
3. Tracking number will be informed accordingly by mail.

Payment
1. We only accept direct bank transfer (POSB/DBS). Bank detail will be furnished in the order confirmation email to you.
2. Kindly email your name, transaction reference number, date, amount transfer after your payment.
3. To avoid stock unavailability, kindly make payment once we confirm your order. Items will only be shipped after payment received.

Exchange/Returns
1. All items sold are NEW, UNUSED condition. All items are checked for defect prior to delivery.
2. All items sold are Non-Exchangeable/Refundable. We only accept exchange for product that are delivered in wrong size/color by us. Kindly notified us via email within 3 days from delivered dates (sales@babysmartish.com) and we will be happy to do exchange for you.
3. Exchange will only be processed after receiving the item in Good/Sellable condition. Item must be in original packing, not washed. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at customer's expense.
4. No return of the items due to sizing problem.
5. Should the stock be unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount paid to us.
6. Promotion item are STRICTLY non-exchangeable and refundable.
